I’ve been seeing Lucia as my stylist for over four years now, and I can say without hesitation that she is the most talented, capable, and intuitive stylist I’ve had in those more than 35 years I’ve been getting haircuts (and yes, I try not to acknowledge the full number of those years!). What truly sets Lucia apart is her vision — not just for individual appointments, but for long-term transformation. Whether it was the year I spent growing my hair out or the decision to make a bold change and bring it back, Lucia guided the process with creativity, care, and a deep understanding of what would work best for me. I often come in without a clear idea of what I want, but she listens intently at every consultation, asking thoughtful questions and always managing to uncover exactly what I need — even when I can’t quite articulate it myself. The result consistently exceeds my expectations. I leave the salon feeling confident, content, and receiving compliments from friends and colleagues for weeks afterward. The precision with which Lucia cuts my hair as a male client is also outstanding — every detail is considered. She offers expert, practical advice on care and daily styling that fits my lifestyle and keeps things looking sharp between visits. Donna Sheridan, you have an excellent salon, made even better by having someone as exceptionally skilled and dedicated as Lucia on your team. Donna Sheridan makes for amazing everyday hair. My hair is in the best condition it’s ever been in and with much less effort. The girls at Donna Sheridan embrace natural beauty, colouring, cuts and styling. Shannon is my go to and I’m always beyond pleased with the results. Another big tick is that it’s a sustainable salon.

A very lovely experience with hair stylist Donna. She sat with me, allowed me to express my concerns and wants for my hair, that I find… difficult.. Staff are fabulously friendly and accommodating. HOWEVER! On booking, the confirmation CLEARY STATES, please attend the appointment alone or without distractions to accommodate for a comfortable and enjoyable experience for yourself and other clients. It’s a reasonable request and one that can and should be kindly respected. When they say it’s a child free salon, please respect that. The staff are far too friendly and considerate of YOU to even dare ask you to leave because you have disrespected this rule. I have no issues with screaming babies, but I couldn’t help but feel disappointment for the staff and stylists who had to put in a situation in which they were now made to look like the ‘bad guy’ because you disregarded their very reasonable request ahead of your appointment. Don’t be that person… 🙄 To Donna and her stylists, thank you for a lovely experience. I’ll be happy to come back again knowing I have finally found a salon I can trust with my hair confidence. Xxx

It's evident from the moment you step into the space that Donna has an impeccable eye for detail and that, combined with her innate understanding of what makes effortless, everyday hair is pretty remarkable.
